Pro 18:20  A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
Pro 18:21  Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

What fruit are you eating today?  From the very beginning the WORD was spoken.  The very first action God took was to speak.  He spoke the world into existence, by the WORD.  He laid the foundation with, by and through His WORD.  Nothing is greater or has more power on this earth than your tongue.  So what are you saying today?  Are you speaking Light into Darkness?  Never in my life have I ever been more aware of the power that resides within me.  I can choose my destiny simply by the words I speak.  The greatest line of deception that entered this world was “Did God say?”  When this question was proposed  it came through the mouth of a subtle creature.  Oh how subtle we are.  Clever and crafty  we are with the words of our mouth.  We are infected with the fruit of the knowledge of “good and evil”.  This knowledge brought death, for the wages of sin is death.  What a pay check.  Can you imagine working hard all week long, or for a lifetime and in the end the only reward you get is a death sentence?

Jam 3:10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

Let all your words be yes and Amen, let your words be The WORD.  If our words are to be yes and Amen who is AMEN?  Revelations tells us Jesus is.

Rev 3:14  And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

I do not believe that it is mere coincidence that Jesus addressed these words to the lukewarm church.  The time is now!  We need to hold fast to the Truth.  With all our hearts we need to meditate on the WORD, speak the WORD.  The WORD is the key to unlocking the hold that death, hell and the grave have on us.  Behold this is the day of salvation.  Jesus paid the debt, it is written, IT IS FINISHED!  If it is finished then why are we not living in the victory of a finished work?  Do we not know Him in which we believe?  Do you really know who Jesus is?  Each person seems to have their own opinion about who He is, some say a good man, some say a prophet, still today after 2000 years the debate goes on.  Jesus asked Peter the question.

Mat 16:15  He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
Mat 16:16  And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Mat 16:17  And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Mat 16:18  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19  And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

A revelation of who he is, The spoken WORD of TRUTH.  Peter received the sure WORD of Truth and spoke it.  The result Jesus blessed Him with a new name.  A solid name, a foundation of revelation that Jesus built His church upon.  A rock of revelation that cannoth be shaken.  God spoke His Word and has recorded the Word and it is written so that we must study to show ourselves approved.   Approved for what? Healing? Provision? Salvation?  If you have heard the Word you are approved, you have faith, but without works the faith dies.  So what is the work?  You will be rewarded for the work you do it’s important to know that the work he has called us to is the same work that Jesus did.  Jesus told his disciples he had meat they knew not of.  Jesus said His meat was to do the will of the Father.  Jesus was about His Father’s business when he was twelve years old in the temple.  What was he doing there?   Speaking the Word.  The will of God is His WORD.  Our work is to speak the WORD.  Whatever you ask you received according to His will, so why not ask for what is promised in His word, that is His will.  You have not because you ask not and when you ask you ask amiss.  His Word will not return void.

Luk 6:46  And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Psa 138:2  I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
